• You're the person who knows exactly where every order is. You've prepared the documents, booked the trucks and answered the client's email yourself, and you like it when a complicated shipment comes together.
• You're precise. You don't give a client a date until someone who controls it has confirmed it, and when you don't know something, you say when you'll know.
• 1–3 years in a role where you personally handled orders, suppliers, shipments or documents: operations, import or export, e-commerce, supply chain, events or hospitality.
• You've prepared order or shipping documents yourself (invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, bookings) and handled a customer's order problem from the first message to the fix.
• You keep many orders moving at once, with a tracker you built and trust, and you change it when it stops working.
