- Own day-to-day operational management of the project
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate project activities and releases
- Work closely with leadership on roadmap planning and business priorities
- Coordinate the work of Support, CRM, Retention, Affiliate, Marketing, Operations, and other business teams.
- Manage project delivery from planning through successful release
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within iGaming, high-risk digital products, FinTech, or other fast-paced online businesses
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong delivery and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building and improving operational processes
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and make independent decisions
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with white-label platforms
- Understanding of digital product ecosystems, payment integrations, CRM solutions, partner management, or affiliate-driven products
- Experience working with international or distributed teams
- Knowledge of LATAM markets
- Experience working with external vendors and technology partners
