Minimum Requirements
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project lifecycle, Agile principles, and SAFe.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, QA Engineer, Process Auditor, or in a similar role.
Experience with requirements analysis and clarification, software requirements specifications, and test plans.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
Experience collaborating with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Understanding of client-server architecture and Web, Desktop, and Mobile testing specifics.
Experience with Change and Configuration Management.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and teams in a dynamic environment.
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Nice to Have
Experience working in an international environment.
Experience with Release Management and Continuous Delivery.
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.
Basic knowledge of DevOps principles and software delivery processes.
