Looking for a Marketing Project Manager who will become the operational engine of the Сreative Marketing team.
This role is responsible for turning priorities into execution. You will coordinate work across Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Sales, Product, and other teams, ensuring the right projects happen at the right time, with the right people involved.
This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who actively drives progress, removes blockers, follows through relentlessly, and helps the team deliver at a consistently high level.
Your Focus
Drive execution across all major marketing initiatives
Ensure projects move from idea to delivery with clear ownership and accountability
Build scalable planning, prioritization, and workflow processes
Create visibility around priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks
Help the Сreative Marketing team operate with speed, focus, and discipline
Your Day-to-Day
Own the marketing project portfolio and execution pipeline
Manage incoming requests and ensure proper prioritization based on business impact
Translate business needs into clear project plans, timelines, deliverables, and ownership
Coordinate work across Product Marketing, Design, Copywriting, Video Production, Sales, Product, and other stakeholders
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies before they become problems
Track progress and ensure commitments are delivered on time
Maintain clear documentation and visibility across all active initiatives
Continuously improve how the Сreative Marketing team plans and executes work
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative, product, or agency environments
Proven ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across different functions and seniority levels
Ability to challenge priorities, push for clarity, and drive decisions when needed
High ownership and bias toward action
Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
