- Own day-to-day project delivery
- Plan, coordinate, and track software development from requirements to production
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate work between Backend, Frontend, QA, and DevOps
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Manager
- Experience delivering complex software products with cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing multiple parallel projects
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, Crypto, or Blockchain
- Experience working with regulated products (PCI DSS, AML/KYC, VASP, MiCA, DORA)
- Experience with payment gateways or financial integrations
- Experience working with external vendors and payment providers
