- Lead multiple e-learning production projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, priorities, and success criteria.
- Build implementation plans and ensure smooth execution across multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor project health, identify delivery risks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact timelines or quality.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience managing complex digital production or software projects.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience building operational processes and workflows from scratch.
- Strong understanding of project planning methodologies and delivery management.
- Experience with project estimation, budgeting, and financial tracking.
