- Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously
- Take ownership of projects from planning through delivery
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Manage client expectations, clarify requirements and priorities, and ensure alignment between business goals and project delivery
- Coordinate the work of developers, BA, designers, and other project participants
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Coordinator, Account/Project Manager, or in a similar client-facing role in IT outsourcing/outstaffing
- Experience managing multiple projects or contractors simultaneously (5–10+)
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher, with confidence in client communication
- Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum processes
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems, Jira, or other project tracking tools
