• Drive the discovery phase, ensuring all requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and well understood
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Monitor project progress, scope, and budget to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Manage a dedicated team of 4 (Tech Lead, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, QA Engineer) to support estimations and delivery
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and provide progress updates
