- Manage and coordinate robotic solution support projects at clients.
- Build and coordinate a system of metrics and timely remediation of deficiencies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met;
- Coordinate a team of integration and support engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals and deliverables;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a project manager, particularly in IT projects;
- Work on projects that are already in production;
- Communication with key project stakeholders, both from the customer and the project team;
- Setting, monitoring and prioritizing tasks, building a pipeline;
- Fluency in agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum;
