Що робити
- Manage and take full ownership of software implementation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Ensure successful project delivery within the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations
- Build trusted relationships with customers and maintain effective communication throughout the project
- Shape and manage customer expectations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution across Business Analysis, Development, QA, Architecture, and Support teams
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in software development projects
- Proven experience managing ERP or CRM implementation projects
- Experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with project KPIs, delivery metrics, reporting, and project analytics
- Practical experience using project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar)
