Project Management & Growth: Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously; manage timelines, quality, risks, and budget; contribute ideas; and transform client requests into testable hypotheses.
Production Coordination: Lead the development and design teams through all project phases, from initial concept to release and support. Collaborate with marketing team and its managers to achieve the project’s overall goals. Work alongside analysts and make data-driven decisions.
Client Service & Strategy: Conduct calls and correspond with top executives (CEO/CTO) from the US. Track statuses, manage expectations, and be able to say “no” in a well-reasoned manner if a client’s idea is detrimental to their own business.
Process Optimization: Conduct team meetings, plan the team’s workload, and coordinate the effective work of specialists.

Experience: At least 4 years of experience managing digital/IT projects, with a track record of simultaneously managing multiple projects while maintaining deep involvement in each. Experience working with native English-speaking clients (preferably within the e-commerce sector).
English Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English with a solid grasp of US business culture and communication standards.
Broad Expertise: Clear understanding of development, design, and marketing processes to effectively collaborate with teams and make sound decisions.
Data-Driven Mindset: Hands-on experience with analytics, understanding of A/B testing and product metrics, and a data-driven approach.
AI Literacy: Practical experience leveraging AI tools across workflows to boost productivity.
