Що робити

Own projects end-to-end, from the first briefing to delivery — including cases where the client doesn’t yet know exactly what they need
Turn a vague request (“build us a landing page”) into a structured vision: user flow, site/app structure, scope, and estimate
Expand small client asks into full-scope projects based on product and technical judgment — not sales pressure
Run discovery calls and shape requirements together with developers (BA function)
Prepare the Head of Delivery for key strategic client meetings — context, risks, decision points

Що очікуємо

3+ years as a PM / Delivery Manager in web development (agency or outsourcing)
Product thinking: user stories, site/app structure, MVP scoping
Technical background strong enough to understand architecture (CMS/headless, Next.js, JAMstack) and speak the same language as both developers and clients
Experience working with international clients
English level B2+/C1
