- Coordinate and manage multiple short-term cybersecurity projects related to penetration testing and security consulting.
- Plan and manage team workload and resource allocation across ongoing projects.
- Monitor project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
- Act as the main coordination point between clients and internal technical teams during project execution.
- Track project progress, identify risks or blockers early, and propose solutions.
Що очікуємо
- At least 2+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in managing 10+ people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both Ukrainian and English.
- Practical experience in implementing scope, quality, and time management principles.
- Good knowledge of JIRA.
