Що робити
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on website updates, content changes, and minor feature requests
- Track, triage, and prioritize client tickets and requests
- Coordinate developers and designers to deliver tasks on time and to requirements
- Schedule and follow up on QA and approval cycles
- Maintain project documentation, including change logs and status reports
