We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of customer projects in the industrial software and digitalization domain.
In this role, you will oversee projects from planning to completion, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources and budgets, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will also contribute to our project portfolio management, ensuring effective prioritization, predictable delivery, and measurable business value.
What you’ll do:
Manage customer projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and success criteria.
Coordinate project teams, customers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing potential issues.
Facilitate customer meetings and workshops, manage expectations, and maintain transparent communication.
Contribute to portfolio management, including resource planning, project prioritization, and status reporting.
Ensure projects meet agreed requirements, deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives.
What you bring:
3+ years of experience managing customer projects, including scope, schedules, resources, risk management, and delivery.
Experience delivering industrial software, automation, or digitalization projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working directly with customers, consultants, partners, and technical teams.
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Understanding of resource planning, prioritization, project reporting, and financial performance, or a strong motivation to develop these skills.
A proactive, structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
