Що очікуємо
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product-oriented IT company.
- Deep understanding of PDLC/SDLC, hands-on experience in MVP delivery, and product roadmap management.
- Strong practical experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and facilitation of all team ceremonies.
- Proven ability to write clear Acceptance Criteria, maintain Definition of Done (DoD), and track team velocity.
- Experience using prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, MoSCoW) to manage backlog and stakeholder expectations.
