Що робити
- Manage one core project, coordinating manual and automation QA teams.
- Plan and allocate team resources across projects to ensure efficient delivery.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, priorities, and current activities.
- Prioritize and manage project backlogs together with the team.
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain high-quality project outcomes.
Що очікуємо
- 6+ months of commercial experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or in a hybrid PM/AM role.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English (C1+) with the ability to communicate confidently and negotiate with international clients — MUST.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery.
