- Own the product lifecycle from market research and hypothesis generation to product launches and post-release analysis.
- Optimize key business metrics, including Reg-to-Dep conversion, Retention, Churn Rate, LTV, and ARPU.
- Enhance user experience (UX/UI) by improving customer journeys (CJM), registration flows, KYC processes, and payment gateway experiences.
- Manage the product backlog by gathering stakeholder requirements, prioritizing features using frameworks such as RICE/ICE, and preparing clear product specifications for the development team.
- Leverage a data-driven approach by conducting A/B tests and analyzing player behavior using product analytics tools.

- Experience launching iGaming products from scratch, including Crypto Casinos, Telegram Casinos, or mobile applications.
- Understanding of iGaming traffic acquisition channels, including SEO, PPC, and Affiliate Marketing.
