Now, we’re looking for a user-centric Product Marketing Manager — someone who will drive real growth by deeply understanding the audience, crafting compelling product narratives, and bridging the gap between user needs and business goals.

What to expect: — Global focus: Tier-1 markets (US & beyond) with proven traction and clear room to scale; — AI-first approach: smarter workflows and a clean, personalised user experience; — Experimentation at the core: a strong setup with a funnel builder, deep analytics, and continuous A/B testing; — Focus on product: acquisition is driven by experienced UA, Creative, and PPC teams — you focus on product growth and impact; — Direct collaboration with the CEO: built 10+ successful products in the niche and actively involved in product decisions; — Fast-paced execution: quick decisions, real ownership, and no unnecessary approvals; — Clear growth path: real opportunities to grow into Lead, Head, or GM roles as the company scales.

What you will do: — Own and optimize the full conversion funnel — from onboarding to purchase — with a strong focus on web flows, monetization models, and pricing; — Design, test, and scale new monetization strategies to outperform market benchmarks and increase ARPU, Conversion, LTV; — Run A/B tests end-to-end, analyze results, and quickly implement data-driven improvements; — Leverage AI tools to enhance hypothesis generation, prioritization, and A/B testing processes (including ideation, analysis, and insight extraction); — Work with Meta, Google, and AppLovin performance marketing channels; — Research markets, competitors, and user behavior to uncover growth opportunities and user pain points; — Formulate and validate hypotheses across different funnel stages using both quantitative and qualitative data; — Collaborate cross-functionally with UA, Creative Production, Design, and Analytics to ensure alignment, fast execution, and measurable impact.

What we’re looking for: — 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Product roles, including B2C subscription-based products; — Proven track record in conversion optimization, monetization, and pricing strategy (web experience highly preferred); — Strong hands-on experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making; — Practical experience using AI tools to support hypothesis generation, experimentation (A/B testing), and data analysis; — Solid understanding of unit economics, key product and marketing metrics; — Ability to conduct market and competitor research and analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities; — Analytical yet user-centric mindset, with the ability to balance monetization goals and customer value; — Confident English (B2+).
