Що робити

• Talk to clients: interviews about their needs, screenshare sessions about how they work today, feedback calls with key clients
• Run pilots of new products: make the pilot succeed and learn from it, while business development turns it into a contract
• Own the product roadmap: learn vision from founders, collect priorities from sales and clients, weigh them against R&D capacity, keep the team up to date
• Work with R&D: problem statement and scope, acceptance, planning, and measuring the outcome after release
• Own product analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics): decide what to measure and act on the data
