- Stakeholder Management & Discovery: Conduct stakeholder interviews, uncover core business needs, and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Requirements & Scope Management: Gather, analyze, and structure requirements; define and prioritize the Product Backlog and release scopes.
- Delivery & Execution: Create detailed tasks for developers, manage sprint priorities, ensure quality delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work in close daily alignment with team to ensure a unified product direction and smooth execution.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or Senior IT Project/Product Manager) in software development (Outsource, Outstaff, or Product environments).
- Proven experience working on Enterprise platforms or complex B2B systems.
- High degree of autonomy: ability to take ownership of the product lifecycle from initial discovery to release without micro-management.
- Strong background in stakeholder expectations management and backlog prioritization.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
