Що робити
- Lead product discovery, including defining and validating the ideal customer profile (ICP), from initial hypotheses to a validated direction.
- Run interviews with users and stakeholders, and conduct competitor research
- Define how the product will approach acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Prepare and deliver presentations of findings, in English, to internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with developers, designers, and R&D leadership
Що очікуємо
- Track record in product discovery — validating ideas before scaling them, not managing an already-established product
- Experience in launching products
- Experience running your own user and stakeholder interviews and competitor research
- Strong ability to turn raw research into a clear, structured narrative — you’ll present your findings yourself, often to clients directly
- Comfortable with hands-on product work: this role combines strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
