• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager [(Gamification/Bonus Oriented]/ Retention Product Manager;
• Proven experience in iGaming products (Softswiss or similar);
• Hands-on experience with gamification mechanics in iGaming;
• Strong UX understanding and data-driven approach to product management;
• Solid grasp of product & business metrics and how they interrelate (retention, bonus ratio, Reg2Dep, FD2SD, etc.);
