We’re looking for a Middle Product Manager to join our iGaming team and help grow casino and sportsbook brands built on the SoftSwiss platform for Tier-1 markets. You’ll be joining at an exciting stage: one new brand is scheduled to go live in August, while another launch is planned for autumn. You’ll play a key role in adapting the platform to business needs, driving product improvements, and delivering features that create value for both the business and players. This role combines product strategy, roadmap ownership, analytics, UX, stakeholder management, and close collaboration with engineering teams.
What You’ll Do:
Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap for existing and new brands
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear product specifications
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation
Coordinate product delivery from discovery through release and post-launch analysis
Support new brand launches by adapting the platform to business processes and operational needs
Analyze product performance, player behavior, conversion funnels, retention, payments, and other key metrics
Identify product opportunities and drive improvements across casino and sportsbook products
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders
Ensure transparent communication around priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery status
What We’re Looking For:
2–3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in iGaming, betting, casino, fintech, or another high-scale B2C product
Proven experience managing products built on the SoftSwiss platform, with a strong understanding of its capabilities, limitations, and operational workflows
Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including player journey, onboarding, payments, bonuses, CRM, retention, KYC/AML, responsible gaming, and fraud prevention
Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven product decisions
Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Strong English communication skills for working with documentation, platform vendors, and international stakeholders
Ability to work independently, manage multiple parallel initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Experience launching iGaming products in Tier-1 markets
Understanding of casino and sportsbook operations, payment routing, bonus engines, CRM, and affiliate mechanics
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Tier-1 jurisdictions
Experience supporting go-live, migration, or platform adaptation projects
