Що робити
- Analyze the complete customer and operational journey: ordering, payment, coffee preparation, pickup, queue management, replenishment, cleaning, maintenance and service.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, business stakeholders, operations, service teams and technology partners.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear product specifications, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate development across software, robotics, hardware, payment/POS, coffee equipment and monitoring systems.
- Manage integrations with payment providers, POS systems, acquiring platforms and other external services.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Project Manager managing technology products.
- Experience working with complex products involving both software and physical/hardware components will be a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to analyze and map end-to-end business and operational processes.
- Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into clear product specifications.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, functional/non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
