Product Management
▫️5+ years in Product Management ▫️Hands-on experience shipping SaaS products — B2C (end-user focus) and B2B (understanding sales workflows and processes) ▫️Demonstrated ability to own and communicate end-to-end product vision ▫️Experience with PDM frameworks, product analytics, and product design tools ▫️Experience running customer development and market research independently ▫️Experience delivering software products in the US and/or EU markets
Trading experience
▫️Active trading experience in any market — futures, stocks, crypto, forex, or similar ▫️Day trading, scalping, and/or swing trading experience
Technical Background & Tools
▫️Technical background — you understand high-level architecture, can work directly with engineers, and don’t need others to interpret technical constraints ▫️AI fluency: you use AI actively across research, prototyping, analysis, and decision-making ▫️Comfortable working with data independently: SQL or equivalent ability to run ad-hoc product analysis without always needing a data analyst ▫️Proficiency with design and prototyping tools ▫️General software literacy: comfortable navigating technical tools, dashboards, and developer workflows
