We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help craft high-quality, impactful digital experiences. If you enjoy solving real user problems, driving product strategy through design, and working closely with clients, product managers, and developers, this role could be a great fit.
What will you do?
Dive deep into the project’s discovery phase, uncovering user insights, defining problems, and aligning them with business goals.
Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle: from ideation, strategy, and prototyping to smooth developer hand-off and post-launch iteration.
Balance user needs with business metrics (KPIs, conversion rates, retention) to deliver truly valuable product solutions.
Adopt and expand AI-augmented design workflows to validate hypotheses and streamline design work..
Collaborate closely with clients, PMs, and our development team; diplomatically convey and defend your strategic product design decisions on video calls, ensuring a cohesive project journey.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
Actively participate in the Design Department’s activities to continuously improve best practices, product strategy frameworks, and AI-augmented workflows.
What are we looking for?
4+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on product lifecycle and strategy.
Practical experience in creating product artifacts such as Competitive Analysis, User Flows, JTBD, and interactive prototypes.
Proven ability to make data-driven design decisions and understanding of product metrics.
Strong online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us — showcasing your process, problem-solving skills, and the artifacts mentioned above is a must.
Experience with Claude Code x Figma, Claude Design, Figma Make, and other AI-powered design tools is a must.
Excellency in design tools (Figma, Claude Design ).
Good communication skills in English are crucial (at least C1).
Ability to effectively present and advocate your design solutions to stakeholders.
Knowledge of software development processes and the ability to estimate design scope.
Ability to take on leadership over the product direction and prove it through product management practices.
Up-to-date with the latest AI trends, product design techniques, and technologies.
Will be a plus:
Ability to create vibe-coded, production-worthy products.
Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Hotjar).
Experience in facilitating design workshops or discovery sessions.
Basic UI animation skills or experience with the Adobe suite.
