- Work with Product, Engineering, support feedback, and available product data to define problems before designing solutions
- Design and improve end-to-end flows across kiosks, mobile apps, web and QR ordering, Order & Pay, and restaurant administration tools.
- Cover the complete experience, including loading, empty, error, validation, accessibility, localization, and platform-specific states.
- Evolve the Figma design system, tokens, components, patterns, and documentation.
- Translate client brand guidelines into scalable themes and reusable configuration patterns without fragmenting the core product.
