Що робити
- Conducting the Discovery & Define phase: Understanding the context, preparing relevant clarifying questions, identifying Pain Points and Problem Statements, and working with the scope and User Stories; Ability to develop User Personas and Customer Journey Maps (CJM);
- Working on the Ideate & Design/Prototype phase: Developing Brainstorming sessions, Moodboards, User Flows/Flowcharts, Wireframes, Sitemaps, Prototypes, Usability Testing, UI Design, and Responsive Design;
- Manage individual workstreams to meet deadlines and ensure quality;
- Maintain and expand a Design Library/Design System in Figma with precision;
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project clarity;
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design (on commercial projects such as CRM, EdTech, SaaS);
- Strong experience working with Figma;
- Understanding of the design process for developing a platform from scratch;
- English (B2 and above, with a focus on conversational skills);
- Understanding of the Scrum process and Agile approach;
