We are looking for a Product Analyst (Web) to join the analytics team behind our web video chat platform, which has 1M+ monthly visitors from the USA to Australia and ranks in the top 5 in its niche. Your analysis won’t end up as a report nobody opens. Your findings on funnels, retention and monetization go straight into product decisions, and every A/B test you help run is checked on real global traffic. You’ll grow alongside experienced analysts and Product Managers and use a modern stack (BigQuery, Tableau, Python). You’ll quickly move from tracking metrics to explaining why they change and what the team should do next.
About our product: Since 2020, we’ve built a global connection platform uniting people across religions, races, and cultures. We’ve grown to 1M+ visitors monthly, with users spanning the globe from the USA to Australia.
Ranked in the top 5, we deliver flawless video quality and 99.99% uptime, even during massive traffic spikes. Completely ad-free, with intuitive UX/UI. AI content moderation and strong data protection back every connection we support. Our next target: become one of the top 3 international social networking platforms. Are you in?
In this role you will
Track and analyze key web product metrics: conversion, retention, ARPU, ARPPU
Analyze user funnels to find the steps with the biggest drop-offs and the reasons behind them
Validate event tracking after releases: events arrive, parameters are filled in correctly, no gaps or duplicates
Maintain the event and parameter structure together with product and development teams, so data flows correctly into reporting
Investigate metric changes, separate real shifts in user behavior from tracking issues, and explain the causes to the product team
Take part in preparing and analyzing A/B tests: sample size, split validation, results calculation and conclusions
Research user behavior through segmentation, cohort analysis and feature usage
Formulate and validate hypotheses for product and monetization improvements together with Product Managers
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for product metrics and funnels, and prepare ad-hoc reports and data exports
Create and maintain BigQuery data marts for product analytics
It’s all about you
1+ year of experience in product analytics or data analytics
Strong SQL skills: joins, window functions, CTEs, aggregations
Basic statistics: distributions, confidence intervals, p-value and how A/B tests work
Python (Pandas) for data analysis
Experience with any BI tool
Understanding of product metrics: retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, cohorts
Understanding of web analytics: events, sessions, funnels, UTM tags
Attention to detail: you validate data before drawing conclusions
Ability to explain numbers in plain language and turn them into clear conclusions
Proactive mindset and drive to grow in product analytics
Would be a plus
Hands-on experience analyzing A/B tests
Experience with Tableau and BigQuery
Using AI tools (e.g., Claude) in your analytics routine
