- Develop automation for infrastructure deployment, configuration, maintenance, and recovery.
- Investigate incidents and resolve issues involving servers, operating systems, connectivity, and storage.
- Manage virtualized and containerized environments, selecting configurations appropriate to operational requirements.
- Apply access controls, system hardening, and resource separation to support secure service delivery.
