PR / Media Placement Account Manager

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client PR and guest-posting campaigns via our platform, ensuring strict adherence to briefs, guidelines, and deadlines;
Identify and vet relevant digital media, industry blogs, and news outlets using metrics like organic traffic, Domain Rating (DR), and audience demographics;
Negotiate competitive pricing, publication terms, and value-add options (social amplification, permanent links, indexing guarantees) with publishers and webmasters;
Continuously update and curate available media packages on the marketplace to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and high catalog relevance;
Foster long-term relationships with top-tier publishers, editors, and ad networks for priority turnaround times and exclusive rates;

1+ years in outreach, digital PR, link building, media buying, or account management in a digital agency/platform;
Hands-on experience with SEO and traffic intelligence tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb, Moz) and advanced use of Google Sheets / Excel;
Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms, build rapport, and handle challenging partner situations diplomatically;
High organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent orders without missing publisher guidelines or client deadlines;
B2 English (fluent written communication for daily negotiation with international publishers and clients).

Experience with CRM systems, task managers, or internal CMS/admin platforms.
Basic understanding of off-page SEO principles, anchor text distribution, and indexing factors.
