As Smart Ink continues to grow, we are building an additional PPC team to help us scale faster, launch more products, and reach our growth targets more efficiently.
That’s why we are looking for a strong Middle PPC Specialist — someone who spots opportunities, brings ideas, tests them, and owns them through to measurable results. This is a role for a proactive person who wants to directly influence how our products perform on Amazon, not simply follow an established playbook.
This is a full-time role. You can work from our A+ class office in central Kyiv (5 minutes from Pecherska metro) or remotely
Key job responsibilities
Initiate and run experiments with Amazon advertising campaigns, and propose new strategies and creative approaches.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising daily, looking beyond standard playbooks for new sources of sales growth.
Set bids and budgets to achieve the targets set for your products.
Create and manage Amazon Attribution campaigns and links in the ad console for external traffic.
Track competitors, identify what works for them, and adapt it into our campaigns.
Use analytics — ACoS, CPA, ROI, clicks, conversion — to drive decisions and campaign proposals.
Build the views you need: pivot tables and quick working dashboards that let you analyze data, support a decision, and make your case to the team.
Contribute to team-level analysis of results and planning of next steps.
Adapt quickly to changes in Amazon algorithms and market trends, and find new advertising tools and approaches.
Report on campaign performance and its impact on sales and other metrics.
React quickly to shifts in the niche and the product, adjusting strategy and campaign settings to that dynamic.
Manage six-figure advertising budgets.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience running Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
Experience with Amazon Attribution: you understand how Amazon attributes external traffic and can set it up yourself.
Confident Excel and Google Sheets: you can structure raw data, build a pivot or a working dashboard from scratch, and use it to prove a point. Experience with Brand Analytics, Business Reports, Helium 10, SQP, and My Real Profit.
Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns and reduce spend without losing sales.
The courage to put an idea on the table, take ownership of it, and drive it to the intended outcome.
English at B2 level or above.
A portfolio of campaigns or case studies: the products you worked on, where their metrics started, where you took them, and what you did to get there.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with external advertising that drives traffic to Amazon (Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta Ads).
Experience managing products on Amazon and working with listing content or niche research.

Working hours 12:00–21:00 Kyiv time, Monday to Friday — this schedule lets the team work effectively with the US and Canadian markets.
Base rate plus a performance bonus of up to 100% of base.
