As we continue to grow we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist/Paid Media Buyer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid acquisition, preferably within DTC, e-commerce, wellness, lifestyle or other consumer brands.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and other relevant paid channels. Working closely with the growth team you will test new angles, improve campaign performance, analyze results, and help build a scalable acquisition engine for ELEMENTS.
What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, primarily across Meta
Test and scale audiences, creatives, hooks, offers, and campaign concepts
Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance across key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, MER, and LTV
Analyze results and prepare clear performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations
Work closely with the creative team to improve ads, landing pages, funnels, and promotional materials
Make data-driven decisions on when to scale, pause, restructure, or iterate campaigns
Support the development and testing of new paid acquisition strategies and marketing initiatives
Perform other related advertising and performance marketing tasks as reasonably requested by the Company
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, or media buying
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign management
Strong understanding of key paid media metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, MER, AOV, and LTV
Ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions independently
Experience with creative testing, campaign concepts, hooks, angles, and performance creatives
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn campaign data into clear insights and actions
Good written English for reporting, communication, and creative briefs
Nice to Have
Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Experience in supplements, health, wellness, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands
Experience working with UGC creators, influencer whitelisting, or Spark Ads
Experience running campaigns in international markets, especially the US, UK
Understanding of funnels, landing pages, CRO, retention, email/SMS marketing, and post-purchase flows
