- Develop paid marketing strategies aligned with clients’ business goals, positioning, and growth objectives.
- Work directly with clients to understand their business, target audience, challenges, and acquisition goals.
- Research target audiences, their pain points, motivations, objections, and buying behavior.
- Identify the right marketing angles, offers, value propositions, and messages for different audiences.
- Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, hooks, messaging, and ad copy.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of commercial experience in marketing.
- Experience working with IT outsourcing, outstaffing, software development, or other B2B technology companies.
- Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing principles.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused communication.
- Good understanding of marketing psychology, customer behavior, pain points, motivations, and decision-making.
