• Monthly compensation cycle:
• Review and approve the monthly salary file prepared with HR: working hours, overtime, bonuses, benefits, salary changes, new joiners and leavers.
• Calculate and apply exchange rates, and review and approve monthly sales commissions.
• Prepare separate payment files for fiat and crypto payouts.
• Coordinate with our outsourcing partner’s CFO on their monthly services file, and review it together with the corresponding invoice.
