Що робити

Monitor and distribute daily, monthly, and per-transaction limits across acquiring MIDs; proactively rebalance volumes to avoid limit breaches.
Create and track tasks for the technical team to set, adjust, or remove limits on providers and terminals.
Plan and split traffic across MIDs linked to showcases/checkout pages; balance load to avoid conversion drops and anomalous spikes.
Prepare and run traffic launches: brief front-end and showcase teams, verify payment form readiness and cascades, monitor approval rate and errors after launch.
Configure and monitor GEO routing and cascades; match card BINs and user GEOs to the most efficient MIDs and providers, increasing local-to-local routing.

Що очікуємо

Hands-on experience in payment operations, routing, or account management at a PSP or acquirer; high-risk processing is a plus.
Understanding of MIDs, cascading, BIN/GEO routing, 3DS, and the factors that influence approval rate.
Experience working with checkout pages and payment forms, and collaborating with front-end and product teams.
Confident use of Excel/Google Sheets and Jira; SQL and BI tools are a plus.
Experience creating and maintaining a change log for routing, limits, or payment system settings.
