We are currently launching a new SMS direction and looking for an SSPs Manager who will help scale and maintain our provider infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain relationships with SMS providers
Onboard new providers and manage ongoing communication
Resolve operational issues, disputes, and escalations
Negotiate pricing, limits, and commercial terms
Register and maintain US phone numbers across providers
Coordinate closely with Compliance, Operations, and Marketing teams
Maintain clear tracking of providers, registrations, and workflows
Expand overall SMS sending capacity and provider diversification
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in partnerships, bizdev, affiliate marketing, telecom, SMS, or related operational environments
Strong spoken and written English for daily communication with US partners
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple workflows and conversations simultaneously
High level of ownership and self-management
Structured and organized approach to work
Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Background in sales, affiliate marketing, bizdev, telecom, or performance marketing is a strong advantage
