- At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following roles: Account Management, BDR, SDR, Customer success, or similar B2B roles;
- Spoken and written English at C1 level or higher;
- High emotional intelligence: able to read tone and subtle cues, build long-term partner relationships, and spot both opportunities and potential issues early;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills: ability to work through and navigate a large account portfolio, organize using a CRM to track changes.

- Experience in the construction, home improvement, renovation, or interior design industry;
- Previous experience working with U.S. clients or American companies.
