AGOV is a boutique design agency, a strategic design partner helping startups and B2B products convert, delight & retain via sophisticated Design culture, mature UX & bolder identity.
For the last two years, we’ve grown purely through reputation and returning clients. Now we’re entering a new phase (new branding, new presence, new reach) and we need a sharp sales-driven mind that can think, write, and automate fast to open up our outbound channels.
📌 Your mission & key areas of responsibility:
Fill AGOV’s calendar with the right conversations. Your job is to build and execute a smart outbound strategy that puts AGOV in front of the right eyes (startup founders & product leads), and to turn first contact into a discovery call or an RFP.
Run outbound across channels: launch and manage LinkedIn and email outreach, from ICP research and list building to sequences that actually get replies;
Test, measure, iterate: experiment with regions, company types, messaging angles and channels, track what works, and bring data-backed ideas to the team;
Automate the boring parts: we value modern operations (setting up automation, managing data flows, and optimizing processes with agents to avoid manual, repetitive work);
Own our presence on creative talent platforms & marketplaces: set up and optimize profiles, spot the right projects, write proposals that stand out, and use AI automation tools (like GigRadar) to stay ahead;
Qualify and hand over: chat with prospects, filter out poor fits, and move warm, qualified leads from initial contact to a discovery call or a Request for Proposal (RFP).
🥇 What we’re looking for (excellence criteria):
Must-haves:
Proven skills, growing fast: 1–2 years of hands-on outbound with results you can show: reply rates, booked calls, won projects. You already know what works, and you know where to learn what you don’t;
Depth of thinking: you can explain why a campaign worked, not just that it did. You question your own assumptions, spot patterns in the data, and change course before the numbers force you to;
A writer with an ear for English: your copy sounds right to a US founder or a European product lead, in tone, rhythm, and context. You use AI to draft faster, but you can tell when it sounds generic and you know how to fix it;
Fluent in the sales stack: you’ve worked hands-on with prospecting, enrichment and sequencing tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, Instantly) and keep your CRM clean enough that anyone can read the pipeline at a glance;
AI-driven by default: you use AI every day and have built at least one automated workflow yourself (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Claude, Notion Agents) that took manual routine off your plate.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience building AI agents or multi-step AI-driven BDR workflows;
Experience with talent platforms & marketplaces (GigRadar is a big plus);
Background in selling design or agency services;
Inbound experience.
✨ What we offer:
Paid vacations, days off & holidays for relaxation or adventures, sick leaves 🌴;
Reimbursement for external training, conferences, educational programs and English classes — everything that will make you a rockstar 🚀;
Zero bureaucracy: approachable & honest management, open to suggestions and innovations, we’re too small & busy to play those corporate games 💥;
Comfortable office space, private masseur (weekly), not-bad music taste in the office playlist & a lot of board games during lunches, movie nights & sweets 💆🏻;
A vibrant and inclusive team culture with a pinch of sarcasm & irony 🥸;
📥 What to apply with:
Your CV or LinkedIn profile;
2–3 outbound campaigns you’ve run: the target, the approach, and the numbers (reply rate, booked calls, won deals). Metrics matter more to us than pretty screenshots. Anonymized is totally fine;
One outreach message you’re genuinely proud of, and a line on why it worked;
(Optional but powerful) A 3–4 min Loom with a personal pitch and your take on what separates great outbo
