Що робити
- Lead, train, and develop the marketing operations team.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across Meta, Google, AppLovin, and TikTok, including media uploads, campaign launches, and quality assurance.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify issues early, and escalate incidents promptly.
- Build and optimize workflows, processes, and checklists to support increasing operational volume.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them using tools such as n8n and Claude Code.
Що очікуємо
- Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, AppLovin, and TikTok.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team or owning an operations function.
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on processes, systems, checklists, and continuous improvement.
- Practical experience with automation tools; experience with n8n and Claude Code is a strong advantage.
- Ability to analyze performance reports, identify anomalies, and investigate operational issues.
