🎯 Role Overview
We are building a B2B iGaming platform, and as an Operational Product Manager at TrueLabel you will be responsible for shaping the Casino product vision, authoring product specifications, and collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality Online Casino solution.
You will also support and continuously improve the product post-go-live by collecting customer feedback and driving product enhancements.
⚙️Your Tasks:
Operational Performance Management: daily monitoring of backlog health and key product performance metrics, with proactive identification and resolution of issues impacting delivery and business outcomes
Cross-Functional Coordination: fostering effective collaboration across Product, Development, QA, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives
Process Optimization: identifying operational bottlenecks, conducting process audits, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance
Full Product Management: owning the end-to-end product process — from Backlog and Analysis to Design, Development, Testing, and Data Review
Documentation Management: authoring technical product specifications, user guides, and product documentation at the deepest level of detail while keeping solutions simple and clear
Backlog and Sprint Management: managing the backlog and planning sprints in alignment with sprint goals and business priorities
Stakeholder and Delivery Management: communicating updates and results to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring the highest release quality before go-live by working closely with the QA team and conducting extensive acceptance testing
👤 Our Criteria:
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in iGaming (online casino: slots / live) on Tier-1 markets
Strong understanding of data-driven product management and user behavior analysis
Strong business judgment and decision-making skills — ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest-impact initiatives
Deep understanding of product development planning processes and effective collaboration with technical teams (developers, designers, QA)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, Figma or similar
English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have:
Deep expertise in back-office admin panels across various platforms (white-label and proprietary)
