Що робити
- Triage all inbound tickets: confirm severity, reproduce in lab, attempt resolution from KB and runbooks before escalating
- Own P3/P4 tickets fully — investigation, customer communication, resolution, and closure
- Support L3 on P1/P2 incidents: customer communication, log gathering, timeline documentation, queue coverage
- Escalate structured findings to L3 when KB resolution is exhausted — with reproduction steps, logs, and ruled-out causes attached; no re-triage left for L3
- Author or update runbooks and KB articles for every issue class you resolve that wasn’t already documented
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years in network engineering, NOC, or technical support with hands-on troubleshooting in production environments
- L2/L3 networking fundamentals: BGP, VLAN, MLAG/LACP, switching and routing behavior
- Linux CLI fluency: log analysis, packet capture (tcpdump/Wireshark), basic diagnostics
- Strong written English — customer communication under pressure is a core part of this role
- Comfortable following and improving runbooks under time pressure
