- Develop NLP models for classification, NER, information extraction and summarization.
- Process multilingual text data (Ukrainian, Russian, English), including noisy and informal sources.
- Build pipelines for speech-to-text and downstream text analysis.
- Fine-tune transformer models for domain-specific tasks.
- Evaluate model quality and build benchmarks on real operational data.
Що очікуємо
- Hands-on experience in MilTech / Defense projects (e.g., UAV/UGV, ISR, EW, C2, targeting, sensor systems) — required.
- 3+ years of experience in NLP / ML.
- Strong Python; experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy or similar.
- Experience with multilingual models and Slavic-language text processing.
- Solid understanding of NLP evaluation metrics and experiment design.
