Business Assistant (IGaming exp) — Research, Sourcing & Project Support

• Hands-on experience in the gambling industry — non-negotiable. Operator, affiliate, platform provider, or payments serving the vertical. You should already know what GGR, NGR, FTD, CPA, revshare, white label and PSP mean without looking them up
• Fluent written and spoken English — you’ll be dealing with vendors and partners in North America and Western Europe directly
• Strong daily command of AI tools, Claude in particular. You use them as a working instrument for research, synthesis and building, not as a novelty
• Commercial literacy: you can read a pricing model, compare vendor terms, and tell what actually matters in them
• Genuine proactivity — you close tasks end to end, escalate only when truly blocked, and come back with options rather than questions
