  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them schedule appointments smoothly and addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage notary appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Reliability: Identify and recruit reliable notaries to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure notaries meet our quality standards and comply with legal requirements.
  • Notary Onboarding: Assist notaries with the onboarding process, including helping them update their commission expiration dates and other relevant information.
