We are looking for a Mobile Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of mobile product growth — from user acquisition and app store visibility to monetization and scaling.

This role is for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and product, is comfortable making data-driven decisions, and knows how to turn growth hypotheses into measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute growth strategies for mobile applications.

Own and evolve ASO strategy for App Store and Google Play (keyword research, metadata optimization, rankings, localization).

Build and support SEO initiatives for mobile product landing pages.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.

Launch, optimize, and scale paid user acquisition campaigns.

Analyze user behavior and generate growth hypotheses to improve retention and monetization.

Optimize acquisition and conversion funnels.

Track performance and make decisions based on data and business impact.

Run experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve product growth.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

3+ years of experience in Mobile Growth Marketing, User Acquisition, or ASO.

Hands-on experience promoting mobile applications with proven growth and monetization results.

Strong understanding of the full mobile growth funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → revenue.

Experience building and executing growth strategies using ethical / white-hat approaches.

Strong understanding of key mobile growth and monetization metrics: CPI, CAC, LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, Conversion Rate, Trial-to-paid Conversion, ROAS / ROMI, MRR, Churn Rate

Experience working with: App Store & Publishing (App Store Connect, Google Play Console)

ASO Tools: AppTweak, App Radar, AppFollow, Asodesk, ASO.dev

Market & Competitor Analytics: data.ai, MobileAction, AppMagic, Sensor Tower

Product Analytics: Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase, PostHog

Paid Acquisition: Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads

English: Intermediate+

Nice to Have

Basic SEO experience for mobile product landing pages.

Experience using AI tools for ASO, SEO automation, and competitive analysis.

Experience working with social platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads).

Experience launching and scaling products across international markets.
