Що робити
- Run several projects simultaneously
- Lead distant cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals.
- Set up and manage clients' expectations , providing minutes of meetings via email or Slack, regular status updates and weekly calls, reporting tools
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Define and control project scope, budget and timeline during SDLC
Що очікуємо
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the blockchain/Web3 space or software development.
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain principles, and decentralized applications will be a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are critical for this role.
- The ability to manage diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment is paramount.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive decision-making.
