Review, draft, and amend commercial agreements to ensure legal accuracy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
Negotiate contract terms to protect the company’s interests under English and EU law.
Identify and assess legal risks related to operations in existing and new markets.
Coordinate and monitor the contract signing process, including electronic signatures.
Maintain the internal contract database, track obligations, deadlines, and renewals.

Law degree from a reputable university; international LL.M. is a plus.
2–3 years of experience in contract law, commercial agreements in iGaming legal practice.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills under English and EU law.
Advanced English (C1 or higher) — written and spoken.
Experience drafting and negotiating iGaming-related contracts: B2B, White Label, Turnkey, IT services, outsourcing, marketing, employment, consultancy.
