Що робити
- Partner with business leaders to support achievement of business goals through HR solutions.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and facilitate data-driven discussions with managers.
- Support organizational design, including structure changes, role definitions, and workforce planning.
- Contribute to job architecture development, including role levels/grading and KPI frameworks.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development, internal transitions, and exit processes.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of HR experience (HRBP, HR Generalist or similar).
- Experience in international or multicultural environments.
- Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to build trust and influence managers.
- Solid understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, performance, engagement, employee relations).
- Experience supporting HR process improvements and implementation.
